Seat cushions

Seat cushions made from cold cured polyurethane (PUR) foam belong to automobile parts that ensure a high degree of comfort and at the same time they increase passive safety and well-being along with the frame, cover and other elements.

Standardly they are produced in mono hardness or dual hardness version. Physical-mechanical properties of the material - PUR moulded foam - ensure a good function and sufficient lifetime when normally used. Moulded foam parts can be modified for the installation of other safety and accessory elements by the complete seat manufacturers, e.g tilting, internal heating, etc.
