GUMOTEX AUTO has an established network of suppliers that participate in the quality and reliability of our deliveries for target customers.
Our system of suppliers development is based on highly correct and partnership relations. The partnership cooperation with the suppliers is mainly used in the area of development of new products, design of production tools and in the assurance of efficient logistics of orders and deliveries of incoming materials into our plants. The suppliers´ share is very essential in the continuous quality improvement and process reliability, in the strengthening the competitiveness through price optimization and even when solving possible claims.
Officially the cooperation with suppliers is regulated through the General purchasing conditions and through the response system on deviations in form of corrective measures. With the most important suppliers we enter into Frame contracts of purchase and Quality agreements. The quality requirements towards suppliers are defined in the Suppliers´ Handbook that is the principal document of the cooperation with suppliers. The reliability and the quality management system are being examined by our auditors regularly. System audits are conducted even for new suppliers.
