Description of QMS and EMS

Responsible approach of employees of the GUMOTEX AUTO Group in terms of environment protection is obvious both inside the company and towards the region with stress on reduction or elimination of negative impacts of the industrial activities on various areas of working and living environment. We offer to our customers the possibility to take back various products in the end of their lifetime (e.g parts from particle foam that are being recycled). All waste is disposed in accordance with legal regulations.

The GUMOTEX AUTO Group pays a high attention to the products quality and to the production process stability. The company is aware of the fact that the quality and stability of supplies together with the development of customer relationship and with the continuous development of products and services are an absolute necessity. The basis is the application of the continuous improvement system. On the one hand the technology and processes development on the other hand regular training and examinations of all employees serve for this purpose. The quality system is being reviewed regularly through certifications, follow-up checks and customer audits.

The GUMOTEX AUTO Group is a part of the company GUMOTEX, a.s. that accepted on the Board of Directors and TOP Management level a long-term document QMS and EMS Policy on the base of which the EMS targets and the QMS targets are formulated for each plant every year. The whole company GUMOTEX, a.s. is certified according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005. The GUMOTEX AUTO Group is additionally certified according to ISO/TS 16949:2009.
