Development of employees

GUMOTEX, a.s. pays a high attention to the development of its employees, both in the area of work safety and fire protection and especially in the area of their qualification growth.
We understand the training of employees as an essential condition for the assurance of the present and especially of the future company prosperity, but also as a kind of their self-fulfilment and satisfaction of their extra-work needs.
Trainings, courses and seminars are organized carefully so that the next development activity is a follow-up to an earlier one and in the long term, they shall support the company´s strategy.
We plan for our employees not only the professional preparation, but also their personality development in the area of industrial psychology and supporting of their professional abilities and skills with the aim to assure a permanent improvement of all activities and procedures.
For the training within the company, we use either internal instructors or external training agencies and education centres. We also support the qualification enhancement in form of distance study at secondary schools or universities.
More than 50 % of our employees take part in the company training courses every year. We invest over 4 mil. CZK for the professional development every year.
